Thanks for shopping with us! We hope you enjoy your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item. See our return rules below.

Returns must be sent to us within 30 calendar days after purchase. Products need to be unused and in the original condition without any damage.

Start your return by contacting customer support to get your return address. After getting the address, carefully pack the product in its original box and add your purchase proof inside the package.

Free return shipping applies in limited scenarios. If the return is not caused by abelhan.com’s mistake, return postage will be deducted from your refund.

Orders take 1–3 days to prepare for shipment. You can cancel your order only before it ships. Once shipped, cancellation is unavailable. Although there is no fixed time limit on the website for cancellation, only orders not yet dispatched can be canceled.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will handle your refund or exchange. Please wait up to 30 days after delivery to our warehouse for processing. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to show up on your credit card statement, depending on your bank. We will email you once processing finishes.

These items cannot be returned or exchanged: Perishable items, intimates, gift cards, custom products, digital products.
