What is the status of my order?
An order confirmation email will be sent after checkout for order tracking.
Can I change my order?
Order edits are only allowed before shipment processing. No changes once status is preparing for shipping, shipping or delivered.

What payment methods do you accept?
2 main payment methods available:

echomiel uses PayPal for secure payments, supporting MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover.
● Secure Credit Card Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
Which currency will I be charged in?
All transactions in USD. Your bank applies its own exchange rate for other currency cards.
Do you offer 3 or 4 times payment option?
3-installment payment available.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
Worldwide shipping: Asia, North & Central America, Europe, Oceania. PayPal and Credit Card supported.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Order processing takes 3–7 days. Delivery time varies by shipping method.
How can I track my package?
Confirmation email will be sent for package tracking after order placement.
What if I'm not home?
Redelivery or rescheduling will be arranged. You may need to pick up the parcel at local post office if delivery fails.
RETURNS
Do you accept returns?
Returns accepted under conditions:
- Purchased from our online store
- Unused item
- Request submitted within 14 days after delivery

Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges follow identical return requirements. Notify support if you want an exchange.
Are returns free?
Contact support to obtain return address. Repack product in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Return shipping free in selected cases. Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund if the issue is not echomiel.com’s fault.
How long does it take to process a return?
Return confirmed within 14 days after warehouse receipt.
Refund, exchange or credit issued within 14 days upon return approval.
